Is the app available on iPhone and Android?

Yes. The MohnMove mover app is available on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).

Does the app use a lot of data or battery?

GPS tracking uses minimal battery with optimized location pings. Data usage is very low — mostly text and small GPS coordinates. Photo uploads use the most data but can be set to Wi-Fi only.

What if there's no cell signal?

The app has full offline mode. GPS pings, photos, status updates, and signatures are stored locally and automatically sync when the device regains connectivity.

Can movers see customer phone numbers?

Movers can message customers through the app without seeing personal phone numbers. Direct contact is available only if the owner enables it.

Do movers need to install anything to join?

Just download the app and enter the company invite code. No accounts to create separately — it all connects through MohnMove.
