What is MohnMove?
MohnMove is an all-in-one moving platform that connects customers with local moving companies, helps company owners manage their operations, and lets workers find moving jobs. We serve all 50 states.
How much does MohnMove cost?
MohnMove is free for customers. Moving companies can start with our Free plan (up to 2 movers), upgrade to Starter at $19.99/mo (up to 6 movers), or go Pro at $99.99/mo (unlimited everything). We charge just 1% on completed jobs — the lowest platform fee in the industry.
Is MohnMove available in my area?
Yes! MohnMove operates nationwide across all 50 US states. Our coverage depends on moving companies signing up in your area. If there aren't movers near you yet, check back soon — we're growing fast.
For Customers
How do I book a move?
Use our "Find Movers" page to search for moving companies near you. Browse profiles, compare pricing, read reviews, and book directly through their page. You'll get real-time GPS tracking of your movers on moving day.
Is it really free for customers?
Yes, 100% free. Customers never pay a platform fee, referral fee, or booking fee on MohnMove. You only pay the moving company directly for their services.
Can I track my movers in real-time?
Yes! Once your move is in progress, you'll get a tracking link to see your movers' location on a live map. You can monitor arrival times, route progress, and estimated completion — all from your phone.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Contact the moving company directly through their profile page or call them using the number listed. Each company sets their own cancellation policy. We recommend booking with companies that offer flexible rescheduling.
For Company Owners
How do I sign up my moving company?
Click "Get Started" and create a company owner account. You'll add your company name, service areas, services, and pricing. The whole process takes about 5 minutes. No credit card required to start.
What does the 1% platform fee cover?
The 1% fee on completed jobs covers the entire platform — customer marketplace, SEO website, dispatch map, booking system, GPS tracking, payment processing, and analytics dashboard. It's billed automatically through Stripe when customers pay.
Do I get a website?
Yes! Every company on MohnMove gets an auto-generated, SEO-optimized website at mohnmove.com/pro/your-slug. It includes your services, service areas, pricing, reviews, and contact info — all with structured data that helps you rank on Google. Pro plan members can also register a custom domain.
How does the dispatch map work?
The live dispatch map shows all your active movers, trucks, and jobs in real-time. You can see who's available, assign crews to jobs, track routes, and monitor arrivals — all from your owner dashboard.
Can I accept payments through MohnMove?
Yes! We use Stripe Connect for payments. Customers can pay with credit cards, and funds are deposited directly into your bank account. Setup takes about 5 minutes through our Stripe onboarding flow.
What's the difference between Free, Starter, and Pro?
Free: up to 2 movers, basic features. Starter ($19.99/mo): up to 6 movers, SEO website, GPS tracking, Stripe payments. Pro ($99.99/mo): unlimited movers, custom domain, analytics dashboard, priority support, and all features unlocked. See our pricing page for full details.
For Movers
How do I find moving work on MohnMove?
Sign up as a mover and create your profile with your experience, vehicle type, CDL status, and service area. Moving companies will find and hire you through our platform. You can also browse available companies and apply directly.
Do I need my own truck?
Not necessarily. Many moving companies provide vehicles for their crew. When you create your profile, you can specify whether you have a vehicle and what type. Companies looking for drivers with trucks will find you, but there are plenty of crew member positions too.
How do invite codes work?
Some moving companies use invite codes to recruit movers. If a company gave you an invite code, enter it during signup and you'll be automatically linked to that company. No invite code? No problem — you can sign up independently and find companies on your own.
