1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MohnMove ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MohnMove is a platform that connects customers seeking moving services with professional moving companies. We provide tools for booking, tracking, and managing moves. MohnMove acts as a marketplace and does not directly perform moving services.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Types

Our platform serves three types of users:

  • Customers: Individuals seeking moving services who can request quotes, book moves, and track their move in real-time.
  • Moving Company Owners: Business owners who manage their moving company, team, bookings, and payments through the platform.
  • Movers: Individual workers employed by moving companies who accept and complete moving jobs.

5. Booking & Payments

All bookings made through the Platform are agreements between the customer and the moving company. MohnMove facilitates payments but is not a party to the service agreement. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Cancellation policies are set by individual moving companies.

6. Moving Company Responsibilities

Moving companies on the Platform are responsible for providing accurate information about their services, pricing, and availability. They must maintain proper licensing and insurance as required by applicable laws. MohnMove does not endorse or guarantee the quality of any moving company's services.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
  • Attempt to circumvent the Platform's payment system
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Scrape or collect data from the Platform without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

MohnMove is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Platform or from any moving services arranged through the Platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by moving companies. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to MohnMove in the preceding 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by MohnMove and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Moving companies retain ownership of their own branding and content uploaded to the Platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
